Peter Larbi-Yeboa - Chief Executive Officer

Mr Larbi-Yeboa was appointed General Manager of HFC Investments in March 2011. He joined the HFC Group in 2003 and has held a number of key leadership roles in Corporate Banking, Branch Banking and Mortgage Financing. Prior to assuming his current position, Peter had since 2006 been the Head of Treasury of HFC Bank. He has a depth of experience in the debt and capital markets having been involved and led several bond issuance programmes for the Bank; and successfully managed risk with cross currency swap transactions under ISDA agreements.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics with Honours from the University of Lincoln, and a Masters in Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Nottingham (UK). Peter sits on the Board of HFC Investments as an Executive Director. Currently, he is also a Non-Executive Director of HFC Brokerage Services Ltd, and a member of the Board of Directors of Kubekro Development Company Ltd. Peter is currently the Chief Executive Officer of HFC Investments.

Divine Stanley Agbola -  Head, Managed Funds

Preceding his appointment as Head of the Managed Funds Department, Divine was a fund manager at the Asset Management Department at HFC Investments. Before joining HFC Investments, he was the Senior Financial Analyst at Emos Consultancy Ltd where he specialised in financial valuation and project finance. He holds a Masters in Finance from the University of Glasgow, UK and B.Sc. Administration (Accounting Option) from the University of Ghana. In addition, he holds an Investment Representative License by Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana.

Edwin Gyamfi - Head, Asset Management

Edwin Gyamfi is the Head of the Asset Management Department of HFC Investments, subsequent to serving as a Portfolio Manager in the same department. Prior to joining the company in 2007; he had worked with The Teachers’ Fund as an officer in the operations department. He holds a B.Sc. Administration (Banking and Finance option) from the University of Ghana and completed the GSE Securities Industry Course. He holds an MBA from Wisconsin International University College and is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission as an Investment Representative.

Madeline Nettey - CEO, HFC Brokerage

Madeline is currently the CEO of HFC Brokerage, having served as the Manager for the Corporate Finance and Advisory Services Department of HFC Investments. Prior to joining the financial advisory unit, Madeline was the Head of Research at HFC Brokerage Services Ltd, after managing the Corporate Advisory & Research Department at Strategic African Securities Ltd, an Investment Bank in Ghana. Her rich experience in the Investment Banking Industry spans Corporate Finance, Portfolio Analysis & Management, Brokerage and Investment Research. She has played key roles in several successful right issues on the Ghana Stock Exchange which raised over GHS100 million. Madeline has also been instrumental in debt placements, including the 5-year GoG Golden Jubilee Savings Bonds, and has in recent years spearheaded among others, fundraising in excess of GHS150 million for five companies, in addition to GHS50 million for the University of Ghana to fund several infrastructural projects. Madeline holds a BSc. Mathematics degree (First Class Honours) from KNUST, Kumasi, Ghana, and an MPhil in Finance from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, UK.

Amiel Codjoe - Head, Legal and Compliance

Amiel is a lawyer with twenty-two years professional experience. She joined HFC Bank in 2001, was assigned to the Legal Department, and acted as the Assistant Company Secretary of the Bank from 2001 to 2008. Prior to joining HFC Bank, she worked with SSB Bank (now Societe General Ghana). Amiel has been working with HFC Realty as Head of Legal and Company Secretary from 2008 to date. Amiel concurrently acts as Company Secretary for UG-HFC Limited and HFC Commercial Complex Limited. Additionally, Amiel is currently the Head of Legal of HFC Investment Services Limited and HFC Capital Partners since her appointment on March 17, 2014.

Martin Asante- Head of Accounts

Martin Asante is currently the Head of Accounts in HFC Investments effective June 2016. Prior to this appointment, he worked with HFC Bank from May 2010 to May 2016, two years with the Corporate Banking Division as Credit Officer and later served as the Head of Management Accounts from May 2012 to December 2015, after which he was appointed the Head of Financial Accounts with HFC Bank from January 2016 to May 2016. Mr Asante also worked as an Audit Trainee with Ayew, Agyemang, and Turkson & Co., a local Audit Firm in Ghana as well as Ernst and Young Ghana between January 2000 and March 2002. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting (First Class Honours) from University of Ghana. Martin's expertise spans Corporate Financial Reporting, Corporate Taxation & Planning, Budgetary control and Financial Planning, and Auditing. Mr Asante is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of ACCA. He holds an MSc. (Accounting with Finance) from London South Bank University.
